Hand Crafted Jewelry & More!

I'm officially the worst blogger ever!!! but finally....here's some more of my work!

I've been doing a lot of custom orders lately so let me know if you see something you like or want to request something different, I'm always up for a creativity challenge!!

No, they don't move :( however, I am very excited to attempt to make the next pair movable!! these were made for a friend who is a hair dresser :)

Even when you keep your jewelry in a jewelry box it still needs to be polished every once and a while....the butterfly wings I made yyeeaarrsss ago and the feathers too, years. Time to polish...

Wings requested to be made by a friend :)

This owl was custom made as well for a friend/coworker. I had the branch already, mixed in with a bunch of brass and copper findings.

These were an experiment with the style and came out pretty darn close to how I wanted them. They sold the first day I put them on display :)

I now have my jewelry for sale in both Inspire Moore Winery and The Grainery Inc. in Naples, NY. Thanks to the most talented man (my father) for making my stands.

So I needed a belt to wear around my waist over a dress I had bought and saw one similar to this one at Anthropologie. Of course I hate spending money on something I can make so as soon as I got home I got started and a little while later this is what I had to wear the next day!!

I've been really into these flowers lately! I had made some roses a while back, as you may remember seeing, and had a request for daffodils. Next thing I know I'm creating all sorts of flowers :). This was a piece I put in a local art show, it's named "Bouquet of Earrings". There are eight pairs total.

The leaves are also made of sculpty.

They're pretty small!

Here's to see the studs...

The backs are stainless steel. However, they are available in other metals for people with allergies.

Simon needed a new collar...

I've been getting back into sewing. This was super simple and quick!
I'm not the best engraver but I got the info on it so I'm happy!

Just a simple snap to hold it shut.

He's so handsome :)

it's been way too long!

well, even though I haven't been updating my blog, I have still been making things here and there...

Bicycle for Jordan @ Fushion Salon* (visit her on park ave, rochester)

every winter I need a new hat, this was so much fun to crochet and make the needle felted flower (made from alpaca wool)

Simon's new bed! (My father guided me in making the frame made from cherry, thanks dad!) He loves his new king sized (for a wiener dog) bed!! it's right next to the wood stove so he keeps nice and toasty!

this is a custom made necklace for a friend of the family's new wife! congratulations Jack and Sue!

this belt buckle has yet to be polished and is made from pieces of scrap silver melted together

another gift for Jordan @ Fushion Salon* (amazing hair cuts, styles and colors! she does it all for men too!!)

Simon gets cold quite easily being so little so I took out the sewing machine and got to work, matching coat, hat and scarf. (just one of his many outfits)

this ring I made for a local art show, my first time focusing so far "up" (its a good couple inches tall)

wooden earrings with turquoise and silver inlay

the silver continues through the earring to form the stud

this is a ring i've been wanting to make for so long, it has a simple turquoise bead inlayed in it with the center hole filled with a thin piece of silver wire

layering, if you do it right its always fashionable!

random objects are great eye catchers!! tea party?

two sets of studs

simple earrings are great to wear day or night!

this is an old picture, a rocking horse I made about 5 years ago! (guided by my incredibly talented father) I hope to make more soon! this was actually my second rocking animal...my first was a rocking elephant for my dear friend Anna's daughter, Lily, when she turned 1!

brass and silver, great combination!!

bracelet for Jordan @ Fushion Salon*
